Healthcare-Focused AI Agent Framework Seminar Attracts More Than 200 Attendees

On the opening day of the exhibition, Omi Japan hosted a seminar titled "Concept and Implementation of an AI Agent Framework for Healthcare Settings," attracting more than 200 attendees.

In the first session, Mr. Tran Quoc Dung, Chief Executive Officer of OmiGroup, shared the latest global trends in AI Agents for healthcare and discussed the unique challenges of deploying AI Agent technologies in real-world clinical environments. He also presented an overview of the specialized AI Agent Framework that Omi Japan is developing to address these challenges.

The seminar continued with a presentation by Mr. Shimokawa Tadahiro, Manager of the IT Planning & Promotion Department at the Kyoto Health Association (Public Interest Incorporated Foundation). Under the theme "Safely Automating Hospital Appointment Rescheduling Workflows," he introduced a real-world implementation of the framework, demonstrating how it can automate complex operational processes while meeting the stringent requirements of healthcare environments. These solutions are based on practical experience and designed to support the day-to-day operations of medical institutions.

On the opening day alone, the Omi Japan booth welcomed approximately 300 visitors. Over the course of the three-day exhibition, the booth and seminar sessions attracted a combined total of more than 800 visitors and attendees.

In addition to the AI Agent Framework, Omi Japan received strong interest and numerous inquiries about Omi PHR 4.0, its digital solutions for home healthcare and long-term care facilities, as well as its Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) model, under which dedicated engineers work on-site to provide direct technical support for healthcare organizations.

Advancing AI Agents for Healthcare

International Modern Hospital Show 2026 served not only as a platform for Omi Japan to showcase its latest innovations but also as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and technology partners across Japan.

Looking ahead, Omi Japan will continue to enhance and deploy its AI Agent Framework, with a strong focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the operational needs of individual hospitals. Through these efforts, the company aims to accelerate the digital transformation of Japan's healthcare sector.
